TEAM

Gemma Ware

I’m Gemma Ware, a qualified Osteopath having completed a four year degree at the British school of Osteopathy London (B.Ost / Dip ST). I graduated in 2005.

I am the business owner and Principle of GW Osteopathy in Surrey working with my team of osteopaths and sports massage therapists treating a wide range of patients from babies, sports people and the elderly. Since qualifying I set up clinics in Worcestershire, Hampshire and I am now finally based in Surrey.

Willow Health is something I have always aspired to because I know how hard it is to set up a new business and find the right premises to work from. Having had two children I realise how important it is to be able to work away from home and enjoy being in the work place, Willow Health is exactly this for me.

I am a huge fitness enthusiast, lover of big cats and massive chocoholic.

Sam Ingram

I am Sam Ingram, owner of Sam Ingram Therapies based in Lightwater and Guildford. I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy London in 2000, after completing a 4-year degree. Specializing in Osteopathic Healthcare and Biodynamic cranial Osteopathy for babies, children, and adults, I treat a wide range of conditions from acute to chronic.

My own experiences with The Gentle Birth method, developed by Gowri Motha, inspired me to become a “Gentle Birth Method” practitioner and I now support women throughout their pregnancy journeys, helping them prepare physically and mentally to enjoy a more comfortable pregnancy and a gentle birth.

Recently, I trained in solution-focused psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, further enhancing my holistic healthcare approach.

Willow Health Therapy rooms offer me a calm and profesional environment to run my business as well as providing other therapists with the opportunity to rent space.

I am a huge animal lover and find great joy in spending time with my dog. I love being creative and singing always put a smile on my face.
